By purchasing any product, course, program, or service from this Website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. No Refunds Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- 1:1 spiritual coaching sessions
- Group coaching programs (e.g., 6-Week Wizard Initiation, 6-Month Spiritual Group Coaching)
- Self-paced online courses and trainings
- Digital downloads (eBooks, PDFs, audio, video)
- Live workshops, masterclasses, or events
This no-refund policy also applies to any future services, products, or offerings introduced by Wizardmind or through wizardconsciousness.com.
Please note: Due to international payment processing fees, currency conversion charges, and PayPal’s non-refundable transaction structure, refunds are not economically viable for our small business operations.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand life can be unpredictable. In rare, serious cases (e.g., medical emergencies or extreme personal hardship), you may contact us at debjit@wizardconsciousness.com to explain your situation.
While refunds are not guaranteed, at our sole discretion, we may offer:
- Partial credit toward a future program
- A transfer to a future cohort or offering
All such decisions are final.
3. Rescheduling for 1:1 Sessions
If you cannot attend a scheduled 1:1 coaching session, you may reschedule by emailing us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Sessions missed without notice are considered forfeited.
- No refunds or additional reschedules will be granted for no-shows.
4. Payment Disputes
If you experience a technical issue or concern related to your purchase, we ask that you contact us first at debjit@wizardconsciousness.com. Initiating a chargeback or dispute without prior communication may result in immediate termination of access to current and future offerings.
