But lately, I’ve been discovering something powerful that’s helping me shift out of that state—something that’s bringing me back into flow, ease, and alignment while working.
It’s a simple 2-minute nervous system reset practice I do every 5–10 minutes during my workday.
And honestly, it’s changing everything.
The Global Shift into Yin Energy
In one of my recent YouTube videos, I shared how the world is undergoing a collective shift—a call to rebalance our Yin energy (our divine feminine energy).
For too long, we’ve been conditioned to live from our Yang side—to hustle, push, strive, and override.
But now, we’re being asked to move differently.
We’re being invited to create, act, and show up from a place of surrender, flow, and inner alignment.

We’ve been stuck in fight-or-flight for years, even decades.
And when the nervous system is dysregulated, something crucial happens: We lose access to our intuition.
We fall back into old patterns of control, pressure, perfectionism, and force.
We ignore our inner guidance because we’re just trying to survive the day.

Let me show you a simple reset that’s been helping me reconnect with my inner guidance—again and again—throughout my day.
The 2-Minute Nervous System Reset
Every 5–10 minutes during your work (especially if you’re sitting at a desk), pause and do this:
1. Sit upright with your spine straight.
2. Close your eyes.
3. Inhale deeply. As you exhale, mentally repeat the word: “Relax.”
4. Let this one-word affirmation soften your body.
5. Begin breathing into your belly, slowly and deeply.
6. Notice where tension lives—your shoulders, your jaw, your back—and allow it to melt.
7. Keep repeating: “Relax.”
You’ll feel your nervous system calming down within moments.
What Happens Next is Magic
When your body begins to regulate, something beautiful unfolds:
• Your mind quiets.
• Your breath deepens.
• Your energy softens.
• And your intuition comes back online.
After just two minutes, you may suddenly feel clarity about what to do next. An idea might pop in. A solution to a problem. A sense of peace.
That’s your Higher Self speaking—finally being heard above the noise of survival mode.
This Isn’t About Doing Less
This isn’t about being less productive.
It’s about becoming aligned and efficient—without stress, burnout, or force.
When your nervous system is regulated, you’ll notice:
You get more done.
You feel better doing it.
You’re not drained by the end of the day.
Try it for Two Days. Just two days.
Set a timer if you need to. Every 5–10 minutes, pause for a 2-minute reset. Watch how your entire experience of work changes.
Then come back and tell me how it felt.
This one small shift may open the door to a completely new way of living and creating—one that feels connected, easeful, and true.
It’s not about doing less—it’s about doing from a place of flow, alignment, and inner safety.
