Why your triggers aren’t enemies—but guides
Triggers are something that we often deal with in our spiritual growth journey. But the truth is, they come to us for a purpose.
Triggers come to show us the places where we hurt most—the places where we give ourselves the least amount of love.
The parts within us that hurt, hurt because they have not received love.
We all desire love. Our very soul desires love. It’s the nutrient of the soul. So when it is bereft of love, it begins aching and hurting.
Many times we suppress this ache and hurt, because we have to go on with our lives. We can’t be hurting all the time—otherwise life would be very hard to live. But when a trigger arrives, it shows us what we suppressed. It reveals that what we pushed down was always there, waiting to be felt, waiting to be seen.
This is the gift of the trigger.
Yes, that’s right—a trigger is a gift. It’s a gift that doesn’t feel at all like one when it comes, but it always is.
Without a trigger, the things we have suppressed would remain lost, buried deep within us.
What would happen then?
“A trigger is a gift. It doesn’t feel like one when it comes, but it always is.”
The things that hurt you, the things that cause disharmony within, would continue to dictate your actions and choices subconsciously. And that is the big problem.
Have you noticed that people who were hurt in childhood (and never did the inner work) often hurt others in return? They’re usually not doing this by conscious choice—they are doing it because deep within, they are still hurting. It’s their way of venting, of coping with their own pain.
Sometimes they might not even realize it, because their pain has become such a big part of who they are. It has shaped their identity and now drives their choices.
Think back—how many times, when you were hurt, did you make bad decisions in life?
Why do you think that happens?
Because when disharmony arises, the soul seeks harmony. But often it seeks it through temporary external fixes—distractions, intoxications, and escapism of many sorts, which almost all of us have indulged in at some point.
Do not judge yourself. This is very human.
But here’s the thing: if you keep avoiding your pain, instead of transmuting it into harmony within, it will continue driving your choices and decisions in life.
And when pain drives your choices, you end up stuck in the wrong timelines—where the same or similar situations keep repeating. You find yourself going through the same kinds of relationships, attracting the same kinds of partners, falling into the same uncomfortable life situations you desperately try to escape.
It feels like being trapped in a hamster wheel—and that’s not far from the truth.
Until you sit with your trigger, it will keep driving you into the same lower vibrational timelines. This is where transmutation comes in.
“Feeling is healing—when you allow yourself to feel your disharmonious emotions, the stuck energy within them begins to flow and release.”
Transmutation happens when you sit with your trigger without trying to escape it. That’s when magic begins.
As you sit with your trigger, you realize it is not as scary as it first seemed. You begin to feel the physical presence of the stuck energy in your body, and you understand it’s simply energy that wants release.
When you allow yourself to fully feel your triggering emotions, you notice the intensity of disharmony begins to reduce. That is proof you are healing your trigger.
Feeling is healing.
When you allow yourself to feel your disharmonious emotions, you allow the stuck energy within them to flow through you—and it begins to release.
This is the key.
When the trigger arrives, notice it. Sit with it. And you will see—magic will happen.
“Until you sit with your trigger, it will keep driving you into the same lower vibrational timelines.”
If something inside you softened while reading this—
If a part of you recognized the truth that your triggers are not here to punish you, but to free you—
Then this wasn’t just a post.
It was an activation.
Because you are not here to keep running from your triggers.
You are here to sit with them.
To transmute them.
To let your inner harmony rise and guide your life.
You don’t need to fear your emotions.
You don’t need to keep fixing yourself.
You simply need to allow what’s within you to be felt—and released.
And if you’ve been asking yourself…
— “Why do I keep repeating the same cycles?”
— “Why do I still feel stuck, even though I’m trying to heal?”
— “How do I finally break free and move into a new timeline?”
This is your invitation.
Not to escape.
Not to suppress.
